This charming apartment is on the 2nd floor of a converted hotel, with amazing views
towards the St Gervais / Mont D'Arbois ski area. It has one en-suite double bedroom
with WC sink and bath; a second bedroom with a small double and top single bunk;
and a small bunk room. There is also a king sized double bed-settee in the open plan
lounge / dining kitchen area. There is a main bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The
kitchen is well-equipped with fridge, microwave,4-ring hob, oven, grill, toaster
and kettle. There are hooks and shelves in the entrance hall for storing ski clothes. A
large balcony faces south towards the ski area and surrounding countryside with amazing
mountain views towards Mont D'Arbois and the Aravis range.
There is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill, with a service to the town and the lift station.
The accommodation comprises- Entrance hall with storage. Light and airy living / dining area
with king sized bed settee and dining for 6 / 8 people. Ikea kitchen fully fitted with oven,
dishwasher, hob etc. Small bunkroom, bunk room with double lower bunk and single over,
double en-suite with amazing views down the valley. Large south facing balcony with seating
and table. The apartment benefits from lovely views of the mountains and is ideally suited for
both summer and winter holidays
