A Family Run Catered Chalet

Chalet Famille is our privately owned run luxury 4 star chalet in Morzine, which is part of the huge Portes du Soleil ski circuit. It lies between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc and is just over 1 hour from Geneva airport. Morzine is a traditional charming alpine village and considered to be one of France's top resorts for the variety of skiing and for being a family friendly resort.

We are a family run company that is affiliated to the Ski Club of Great Britain and offer tailor made winter ski and summer alpine family holidays together with a high quality of personal service. We will ensure that you have a memorable alpine family holiday, whether you have exclusive use of the chalet or join other like-minded guests.

We have a passionate interest in protecting the natural environment and are against the use of pesticides in the food we eat. We use organic produce in our cuisine, which is prepared and cooked by Carol who has many years experience. We are a carbon neutral company which means that we plant several hundred new trees each year to offset the amount of carbon dioxide we give out.

Location
The chalet is situated close to the main Nyon Cable Car and lifts and only a short distance to the centre of the village. One can ski direct from the chalet to the Nyon and safely toboggan either side of the chalet.

The traditional wooden chalet with it's log fire in the centre of the sitting room has a selection of books, games, videos and C.d.'s that adds to the warm and friendly hospitality.

Facilities
The open plan dining room & sitting room with floor to ceiling glass windows & doors, looks out, and opens onto, a large south-west facing wooden terrace with views of the stunning mountains.

There are 8 en-suite bedrooms (including 3 rooms suitable for families with younger children) which give a maximum occupancy of 26 people. All the bedrooms have white Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels and most having doors leading out onto a south-west facing balcony overlooking the breathtaking mountain panorama. We also provide you with tea/coffee making faculties, hairdryers and luxury, soft, Chalet Famille bathrobes to relax in during your stay.
